I'm back, again! 😊

It's been LONG since I had something to share here... But now I'm preparing for some late summer cycling, heading to Öland, the beautiful island on the south east coast of Sweden! Hoping for ok weather! Leaving tomorrow! The purpose of my trip is to try my updated setup and some new gear! Been working on my bike too make it stronger and smarter for quite some time now! Maybe I'll make some videos as well with my Gopro. 😊👍 Hope you're all doing well out there in these strange times!

I'm back! 😉👍

I'm back! Not on the road, but with the last photos from my cycling trip...the last night out and from the trip to Denmark by train. I met a cool danish guy cycling on his own from Denmark to Öland just like me, and a whole biker-family, also from Denmark going for some cycling vacation in Sweden, during my last two days of cycling. Cool people all of them! ☺👍 

Taking my bicycle on the train was very easy to do, it cost a bit but saved me several days of cycling!

My lovely girlfriend was waiting for me in the garden with the most delicious meal and it felt so good to be able to sit down and share all of my stories with her! 💜

Finally, I plan to make some type of list of my gear and maybe also review some of it, and  what I have learnt from cycling for a month. And I am going to collect the best of my nature photos from this trip in an album.

So stay tuned, I said I'll be back, and I will! 😉👍

Final day, heading back to Denmark! 💜

As I'm packing up my gear and preparing to cycle to the trainstation in Karlshamn, to go back to Denmark, I want to thank every single one of you out there once again for wanting to follow me on this trip and for supporting me the whole time through comments and likes and thumbs up! 💜

It's  been a very, very interesting journey to say the least!

I will have a "normal life" for a month now and evaluate everything that I have learnt during my month on the road.

As the famous Terminator once said, "I'll be back"!!!! 😉👍

Saturday, another hot day in the saddle!

Saturday was another hot day, but I think I'm starting to get a little bit used to it... Anyway, I didn't take that many photos, as there was mostly paved, straight roads I cycled. Stopped at a lake after crossing the border to my home county Blekinge, and filled my waterbottles while enjoying the silence at that place...wow! Had it been further ahead, I would definitely have camped by that lake! Saw a very beautiful butterfly, don't know the name for it, but it's in one of saturday's photos! Stopped at another lake and decided to camp there. It was fantastic to be able to swim after two hot days in the saddle! 😍👍

I think I slept like a baby that night!

Friday's photos, a very nice rest at Fiddekulla Trädgård!

It's sunday and I'm having a break in a forest somewhere in Blekinge, on my way to Karlshamn by the sea. Internet is working where I am right now so I will try to upload my photos from two days ago. I already wrote in my previous post about the heat, and cycling when it's 30 degrees C and hardly any refreshing wind... I was lucky enough to decide to take a break at a place called Fiddekulla! I spotted a sign along the road saying "Organic icecream" or something like that, and that they grow and sell plants and eggs and so on...something I wanted to see and try out! As you can see on my photos the place is so incredibly charming, with hens running around all free and the most cozy atmosphere you can ever wish for! 😍👍

I got to know the owners a little bit, and they were so friendly and warm hearted! I will definitely come back here someday!

After the cozy break at Fiddekulla Trädgård, I cycled on for a while and found a place to set up my tent...it was not the best of places but I was so very tired after cycling all day in the heat! Hope you like my photos! ☺
