Time for some updates! I've been busy celebrating Swedish midsummer, not alone somewhere in the middle of nowhere or far into a wild forest, but together with the most wonderful people one can imagine! πππΈπͺ Now I want to tell you all about the funny episode that took place Thursday morning!
I just woke up in my tent, and heard a voice outside saying, - Godmorgon Henrik! (Good morning Henrik!)! First I didn't respond, as I was almost chocked, or VERY surprised to hear somebody outside, and calling my name! The second time I responded - Who is it? And the person said - Nina! - Hmmm... Which Nina? I responded... - Nina, your cousin! - Ohhh! I ran out of my tent, and there was my cousin Nina! I hadn't seen her for quite a long time, and I had no idea, but apparently Nina and her husband Tony lived just a couple of km from where I decided to spend the night by the lake! ☺️π What are the odds for this!?
She was so cute, and recognized some of my photos from the night before, and decided she would surprise me with a cup of coffee and some newly baked bread and some chocolate! We had a nice, long talk before Nina had to leave for work, and I sat there with my cup of fresh made coffee and a delicious breakfast, just smiling to myself, thinking this will be a great day and a great weekend, as I also was invited to come and visit them the next day, and stay there for a night to celebrate Swedish midsummer! Another cousin was also coming with her family, and Nina's and Tony's cute, cute children, Alicia and Wiggo was also going to take part in the celebration! ππ
I had a really nice day be the lake, it was quite windy and cloudy, but I was so happy for what was to come the next couple of days! π
My way of sharing my cycling adventures. I'll post photos, videos and thoughts along the road as I meet people and explore new beautiful places.
